As part of the Mayhem Studios roster, selected talent will be expected to uphold the following responsibilities to maintain professionalism, consistency, and readiness for upcoming opportunities.
📸 1. Participate in Scheduled Photoshoots

• Attend test shoots, creative sessions, and portfolio updates
• Arrive on time and ready (basic grooming, clean appearance)
• Follow posing direction and collaborate with the photographer and creative team

🎬 2. Represent the Studio Professionally

• Maintain a respectful, positive attitude on set and during communications
• Conduct yourself professionally when interacting with clients, stylists, and collaborators
• Uphold the studio’s values of inclusivity, creativity, and respect

📥 3. Maintain Up-to-Date Information

• Keep measurements, contact info, portfolio images, and social media links current
• Submit updated photos as your look changes (hair, weight, style, etc.)
• Respond to emails or messages promptly

📌 RESPONSIBILITIES
The Graphic Artist (Contract) will be responsible for:
Design & Creative Execution

• Creating digital and print graphics for marketing, campaigns, and talent development
• Designing logos, promotional materials, flyers, banners, and visual branding assets
• Producing website graphics, portfolio layouts, and social media visuals
• Preparing polished, high-resolution assets for both online and print production

Studio & Client Projects

• Collaborating with photographer and creative director (Michael Morgan) on concept art
• Designing comp cards, model profiles, pitch decks, and casting materials
• Contributing to Project Teen Team educational materials and presentations
• Supporting special projects, editorial layouts, and merchandise concepts

Technical & Production Skills

• Maintaining brand consistency across all design outputs
• Managing file organization, delivery, and versioning
• Editing and preparing images, typography, and graphic elements
• Meeting deadlines for multi-stage or fast-turnaround assignments

📌 REQUIREMENTS
Experience

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in makeup artistry and/or styling
• Strong portfolio showing versatility across natural, glam, editorial, and creative looks
• Experience working on photoshoots, runway, film, or commercial sets preferred

Skills

• Proficiency in modern makeup techniques: complexion work, contouring, highlighting, corrective approaches
• Ability to adapt makeup for different skin tones & lighting setups
• Basic to advanced hair styling abilities (depending on your specialty)
• Optional but valuable: wardrobe styling experience

📌 RESPONSIBILITIES
On-Set Makeup & Styling

• Provide professional makeup application for models and talent
• Create looks ranging from natural/light grooming to editorial, glam, avant-garde, and character-based themes
• Assist with hair styling (basic to intermediate, depending on skill level)
• Perform touch-ups and adjustments throughout the shoot
• Ensure continuity across multiple looks or scenes

Creative Collaboration

• Work directly with photographer Michael Morgan to bring visual concepts to life
• Interpret mood boards, creative briefs, and brand aesthetics
• Offer creative input when developing looks for editorial or themed shoots

Wardrobe/Styling Support (as needed)

• Assist with outfit selection, adjustments, steaming, and preparation
• Style models for fashion, lifestyle, and branding shoots
• Ensure wardrobe and accessories are clean, properly fitted, and camera-ready
